Our story
Straight Answers, Fair Prices
Quality Auto Repair is a San Jose shop built around one idea: tell customers the truth about their car. Enrique will help you figure out if a repair is actually needed, and if his shop isn't the right fit for the job, he'll point you toward the best option instead of selling you on something you don't need.
That approach shows up in the day-to-day work too. Customers call ahead and get in without a wait, oil changes and tire rotations get handled quickly, and more than one repair has been done the same day, appointment or not.
A lot of our customers come back because the price is fair compared to other shops and the work is done right the first time. That's the whole business plan.
- Honest, no-upsell diagnostics
- Fast service, often same-day
- Fair pricing compared to other shops
- Repeat customers who trust Enrique with every car
What customers say
“Highly recommended, the owner will help you determine if the repair is actually needed and would advise shops to get the best options done if their place couldn't. He was just actively helpful and not sell you up on something. Honest business, highly experienced and a great experience.”
“Enrique is very honest and fair. Called in advance before going in. No wait and quick good service. His price is also very good comparing to other shops. Highly recommended.”
“Highly recommend. Enrique is everything you can ask for, honest, fair, and fast. I've serviced two different cars with him in the past couple of years and he's been great.”
